Packaging

Rolled Canvas (Unframed & Unstretched)

Carefully rolled and shipped in a durable protective tube with an additional 1–2 inches (3–5 cm) of white canvas border for stretching or framing. Please note: Because the canvas is shipped rolled, minor creases or waviness may be visible upon arrival. This is completely normal and will disappear once the canvas is professionally stretched or framed.

Stretched & Framed Canvas

Each framed artwork is securely wrapped with protective materials and packed in a sturdy wooden crate to ensure it arrives safely.

Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality of every painting we create. As each artwork is hand-painted and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@hvartstudio.com within 7 days of delivery, along with photos of the issue. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or provide a suitable solution.

Every painting is created entirely by hand, making slight variations in brushstrokes, texture, and color a natural part of the artistic process. While your artwork will closely resemble the design shown, no two paintings are ever exactly alike—making every piece uniquely yours.
