Yes - Every artwork is 100% hand-painted to order by us using high-quality oil or acrylic paints on canvas. Each piece is individually created, making every painting truly one of a kind. We do not sell printed canvases or reproductions.

Because every artwork is painted by hand, slight variations in brushstrokes, texture, and color are a natural part of the artistic process. Your painting will closely resemble the design shown while remaining unique.

Every painting is hand-painted to order and typically takes 7–10 business days to complete. Once finished, we'll send you photos of your artwork for approval. If you'd like any minor adjustments, we'll be happy to make them before your painting is carefully packaged and dispatched via express delivery.

- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Other Countries: 7–14 business days
In most cases, you can expect to receive your painting within 2–3 weeks of placing your order.

Rolled Canvas (Unframed & Unstretched)
Carefully rolled and shipped in a durable protective tube with an additional 1–2 inches (3–5 cm) of white canvas border for stretching or framing. Please note: Because the canvas is shipped rolled, minor creases or waviness may be visible upon arrival. This is completely normal and will disappear once the canvas is professionally stretched or framed.

Each framed artwork is securely wrapped with protective materials and packed in a sturdy wooden crate to ensure it arrives safely.

Keep your painting away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or cleaning products on the canvas.

Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you'd like to make any changes or cancel it. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before we begin painting.

No. We cover any applicable customs duties and import taxes, so you won't be charged additional fees upon delivery. Occasionally, customs authorities may request additional information or documents from the recipient to complete customs clearance. If this happens, we'll contact you and kindly ask that you check your email and respond promptly to help avoid any delivery delays.

We take great pride in the quality of every painting we create. Because each artwork is hand-painted and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or provide a suitable solution.
